My Adventure at the Farm

Kia ora, Konichiwa,Talofa, kia orana and greetings to you all, by the way if you do not know me I am Noah. I go to Point England school, Every Year My Mum and Dad Help organise a camp for our youth to go to, it's HM Rage it's in Matamata. What do you think HM Rage means? Well I do, it means Her Majesties's Rage. I do not know why they called that but they do,While they are there me and my brothers Jordan the 2nd oldest and Toby the youngest, my oldest brother goes to Rage. We go to our friends parents Farm I love it there. it's so much fun, but it would be so awesome to go to rage. The reason why we don't go to HM Rage is that were to young. You have to be year nine or up to go.


When we go to the farm, Every morning I wake up at 6:30 and get ready to shift the Friesian cows and jersey cows. So we would get our Thermals on and warm track pants then I grab my warm snowboarding jacket and a beanie, when we go out side we put on our gumboots. Mr Wallace our caretaker drives his quad bike and attaches a trailer to the back. Then he would start the engine, the engine Roared like as if it was a lion ready to pounce on it's prey. then the clock struck 7:00am we hopped on the back and we were off.


We were on the stinky fields and it looked like it was made out of poo. A lot of cows made a noise like this "Moo" there were a Electric fences and wood fences, we drove up to the hills and saw the oldest cows we drove in and went down the field. It was so scary because they were so close to us that I felt like screaming, we shifted them and one was left behind the fence. We asked Mr Wallace to chase it away, when we were running to chase the cow It jumped over the fence and started to run.

Noah's pig

As the midday sun rose high over the farm, Noisy the pig, settled into his eleventh mud wallow. Life was spectacular for Noisy.As I stared at Noisy’s Rosy pink snout, that twitched as he sniffed. When I saw Noisy Playing and rolling around in the mud, I could see patches of coursed hair, that stuck out from his face in tufts. When he stared into the mirror I could see Noisy’s small eyes  that were sharp and inquisitive. The old barn was home comforting cozy and always busy with it’s inhabitants. The water tanks stood to attention, like three rotund guards.

There were tidy, packed bales of hay, rested in a neat array. The rolling hills, caught the long

shadows of the late afternoon sun.

1. worried concentration made the pig frown in earnest.

2. his hooves tried to tread the water, but he could hardly stay afloat.

  

3. turquoise water lapped at his snout.

4. panic was setting in as he appeared unable to close the gap to land.

Noah's skater

Noah's Old Woman Description

As I watched the woman crouch down, I could see she was as ancient as the universe. As I caught the eye of the crumpled old lady, I saw deep channels of time, etched into her wisened surface.

With cracked lips furling around gums where her teeth once stood, she attempted to eat an apple. I could see her rich indigo velvet folded carefully to frame her face, but just then I noticed her keen eyes alight with mischievous youth. Maybe she was not as ancient as I first thought.

Riverside camp day 1 highlights

Riverside camp day 1 highlights

One of my fun highlights was going to Willow Park Camp at Eastern beach and making sculptures with my team. My team was called Poly Licious and We had to make sculptures that were used in World War one. My team built an armored vehicle, everyone else had to build different equipment.

After everyone made their sculptures we had a competition to see whose were the best. Afterwards, Mr Burt our principal blew the hooter and said, “You can smash like Wreck it Ralph” that means after everyone makes their sculptures we could destroy them. tune in next time where I’ll teach you a new night time game.

Noah's healthy explanation

Some people don’t like healthy food, but I just adore it! Im going to explain to you what healthy lunch’s looks like, halved pita pockets, bulging with crinkly lettuce and spicy chicken. Up top to the right there are peeled, tapered carrots lying parallel in there container. Down low to the right are, chewy almonds with bark like husks. But up to the left there is blackberries raspberries and strawberries on a bed of creamy white vanilla yogurt. SIMPLY DELICIOUS!!!

Once there was a student at pt England school, his name was John and he had the healthiest lunch in the whole class. In his orange container there were halved pita pockets lying parallel on the lid. When he finished he saw delicious yogurt but not any yogurt, he picked up the spoon and scooped some vanilla yogurt with blackberries raspberries and strawberries.
